Bardo Museum Rooms photo copyrighted by: Brian McMorrow The rooms of the Bardo are named after the places from which the mosaics were found - such
as the Dougga Room, Bulla Regia Room, and so on. Like the Louvre, trying to see and fully
appreciate all the pieces can be overwhelming if not impossible.
The artifacts are housed in a series of rooms that begin on the ground floor, comprise
three floors in total, and outline the history of Tunisia from the Stone Age down to the
Islamic era.
