Nahyan, which turned out to be a physical reality years later in Dubai. There are 202 duplex suites in the hotel, the smallest suite starts at 169 mē, and the largest is 780 mē.
Each suite has floor to the ceiling windows with
spectacular views on the Persian Gulf.
