Nikolaikirche Church photo copyrighted by: Brian McMorrow The gothic style church was built in the 19th century
and fell victim to bomb raids during World War II. It was formerly one of the five Lutheran Hauptkirchen
in the city of Hamburg. Unfortunately the church is now in ruins, serving as a memorial and a major
architectural landmark.
