Osaka Castle Osaka Japan photo copyrighted by: Brian McMorrow The Osaka castle had been a major catalyst in the
unification of Japan in the Azuchi-Momoyama period and
is today serving as a major tourist attraction of the
country. The Main Tower you can see on the Panorama was
reconstructed from 1928 to 31 financed by contribution
from the citizens of Osaka.
