Petronas Towers Malaysia photo copyrighted by: Alan Ingram The Petronas Twin Towers were designed by Cesar Pelli an architect originally from Argentina who immigrated to the US in 1952. He has designed several large projects. The towers' complex includes an art gallery and an 840-seat concert hall.
